The Fixed Bill amount is quoted at enrollment, so pricing.json shows "Get a Quote" instead of a price. The fixed amount appears on the customer's regular Nicor Gas statement, and billing questions go to Nicor Gas. The site states that total Fixed Bill charges over the term may be higher than the cost of traditional utility service over the same period, so customers may not save money on the plan.
